Inside the town of Costa Rei, a nice, cozy and functional independent villa of 80 square meters is rented, all arranged on one floor 50 m from the sea, surrounded on three sides by a green fenced garden of about 2000 square meters. Within a radius of 250 meters there are: Bars, Restaurants-Pizzerias, Tobacco, Newsstand, Market, Pharmacy, ATM, Playground, Rent a car. The space Although we are located in a mini-condominium of only 4 houses in the historic center of the village, the villa enjoys tranquility and large spaces surrounded by nature such as a boundless green garden, Mediterranean scrub and beach. Inside you will find all the equipment you need to spend a comfortable vacation. For those who do not like air conditioning (split to cool the sleeping area and/or living area) in each room there are ceiling fans. Guest access Guests will have the entire villa at their disposal... they will also be able to make full use of the front and side garden (about 300 square meters) and, if shared in accordance with the relevant bands pertaining to the other 3 houses, the garden at the back of the house. Other things to note The WI-FI connection, if requested, will be provided free of charge via a pocket wi fi. This tool will essentially allow internet browsing that will be conditioned by the efficiency of the Vodafone signal repeater and the number of users connected simultaneously to the operator. If a more stable connection is required, there is a private company in Costa Rei that provides a wireless, high-speed internet connection with no limits through outdoor WiFi coverage, at a cost of 15 euros per week per device. Parking is available at the house free of charge. For any additional vehicles, we recommend parking in a private area, about 100 meters upstream of the house, for a fee The house is rented with sheets and towels included in the price. For any linen changes at the express request of the tenants during the stay, a cost of 10 euros per person per change is calculated. Upon arrival, the host will collect the relevant amount of the accommodation tax as per local regulations: For customers aged between 10 and 71 in the period from 06/01 to 09/30/2025, an extra accommodation tax of €1.00 will be payable. The prices shown are per person and per day for a maximum of 14 days. In the house, there is a guide for the correct daily disposal of waste. Before departure, it is good practice to go to the Municipal Ecocenter for the disposal of accumulated waste that may not yet have been collected. If you leave accumulated garbage in the house, a refund of 50 euros will be requested for subsequent sorting and delivery in accordance with the law. Please note that there is a system for monitoring the consumption of heat pumps that allows you to identify any anomalous situations and act accordingly (remuneration of extra KW or their disconnection).
