STONERIDGE STUDIO-Awesome Studio-5 Min Drive to QT

The Stoneridge Studio is a modern, private suite in a quiet, elevated position with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and access to it’s own, semi-private tennis court - we have racquets in the room for you to use. ☺ The apartment can sleep up to 4 people, has unlimited wifi and it has its own exclusive off-street parking. Included in the room is a brand new sofa (can be a floor bed- Ecosa brand) TV, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and private en-suite bathroom. The space We’re located right in the middle of the town centre and the Queenstown airport which are both just 7 mins drive away, or a 9 min walk down to the bus stop where the bus runs ever 15 or so minutes (depending on time of day). You will also have very easy access to the Remarkables and Cardrona ski fields as the busses go past our area and stop at that bus stop. The apartment is independent from the main house (we live upstairs) and is kept clean and comfortable and can sleep up to 4 people. (The sofa bed is a comfortable double ,but recommended for 1 adult or 2 children) It has fast, unlimited wifi, it’s own exclusive off-street parking for your vehicle and a large, modern living space. Also included in the room is a TV with Cromecast. Guest access We have the availability of 24 hour check in to your studio apartment. Once the booking has been made you will receive a message with directions and entry details. You will have full access to the Queenstown suite, the private car parking space and the semi-private tennis court. If you would like to borrow the racquets just let us know, though we might challenge you to a game ;) As previously mentioned you will have your own private parking spot suitable for one car but should you require a second or are arriving in an oversized vehicle, there is on-street parking available just around the corner. Other things to note If you would like the sofa bed set up please book for a minimum of 3 guests. We have placed a list of our favorite restaurants, activities and secret local spots in the room for your arrival. There are a few steps so the apartment is not wheelchair friendly but it is on the ground floor and easily accessible apart from the steps. Queenstown is the adventure tourism capital of New Zealand, and offers a wide variety of activities perfect for the adrenaline junky or those interested in sampling the local wines and cheeses. During your stay our guide book will provide you with our personal picks of activities in Queenstown and the surrounding areas as well as our 'Pro Tip's' to save you time and money. Please do note that I do often rent the upstairs of my house out too- this can result in potential for noise in the studio.
