A functional, family-friendly and cozy 50 m2 apartment, situated on a strategical spot near the beach of Nikiti village with easy access to all famous Sithonia beaches! The space The apartment is quiet but also very close to the beach of Nikiti where there are most shops (cafes, bars, taverns, cozy restaurants etc.). It is very close to the sea (about 250m) and access to the beach is in 5min walk. In the two bedrooms there are two single and one double bed , and a large small wardrobe as well. In the lounge-kitchen, you will find the living room consisting of two convertible sofas in double beds and a small table, as well as the TV. Comfortable and spacious balcony where guests can enjoy their coffee and food. In the courtyard there is a hammock for unique moments of rest and tranquility. If you are into cooking, there is also a communal kiosk with barbecue that can be used by everyone after consultation. Barbecue combined with the kitchen indoors will give you a great experience by the garden! A unique place, ideal for families, that will offer you all the comforts and make your stay special and your holidays unique. Guest access The house is located on the coastal side of Nikiti village, only 250 meters from the new marina and the beach. It is also very close to all shops of Nikiti where you can also go on foot. Access to the house which is on the 1st floor is from the main entrance through the communal garden and the staircase. Parking is usually available on the road in front of and around the house Nikiti is about 1 hour from Thessaloniki Airport and can be accessed either by car or by bus (KTEL of Chalkidiki). In Sithonia there are many of the most famous beaches of Halkidiki! Our place is a strategic point for easy access to these beaches.
