The space You have the entire house and 5-acre property to yourself. This includes the three bedrooms inside of the house, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a fully equipped laundry room, a large deck, patio, fire pits, barbecue island, and gym. This modern country getaway is a great space for a couple or family working remotely, escaping the hustle-and-bustle of the city for a weekend, or looking for an extended stay in the countryside, while still staying connected with modern appliances. This house is situated in the most central and ideal Oregon House location—1 minute drive to the local store and gas station, 2 minutes from the high-end Mediterranean restaurant Cafe Collage, and 5 minutes from the gold medal winning Grant and Marie Winery. Guest access You can use the AC/heater as you please. When leaving the house, please set it to Eco mode to save energy. When leaving the house, the gate is automatic. You do not have to enter the code in to leave, unless the gate does not open (this sometimes happens with motorcycles). Please ensure the gate is fully closed when entering and leaving so no animals get stuck on the property.
