Other things to note Note: Please bear in mind that our family home is situated in rural Perthshire and the access road serves the surrounding agricultural land. Please take your time on the uneven road surface on approach to the property and note from the months of December through to March that a suitable vehicle is required to access the property and would therefore advise against sports cars in the winter months.
