My apartment is near to the train station, city centre and close to the lake and forest. In less than 5 min walking distance you find a pleasant shopping centre with basically all shops you need for your daily live. My apartment offers everything you need to live when you travel or work abroad (Internet, big flat screen TV, sunny balcony, fully equipped kitchen, walking distance to the lake, jogging round). The neighborhood is very quite and public transportation available.
