Spacious and centrally located apartment for a maximum of 5 guests. From the property, you can reach 5-minute walk to Lake Constance and in approx. 10 minutes' walk to the historic downtown. The space The apartment is on the first floor of our single-family home, was renovated only a few years ago and is fully equipped. The large bedroom has a double bed (200 x 200 cm), the small bedroom has a large single bed, which can also be used by two people (120 x 200 cm). In addition, the living room has a sofa bed for two people (140 x 200 cm). The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet, sink and a private washing machine. The size of the apartment is about 60 square meters. The apartment has a large kitchen with a dining room. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher and also includes pots, dishes, etc. The kitchen is adjoined by a living room with TV and the living room by a spacious balcony (14 sqm) with partial lake view and views of the Alps. The apartment does not have its own parking space. However, there are some public, partly free parking spaces right by the house. If there is no more space available here, there are other parking options in the surrounding residential area. Other things to note Every guest who stays in Überlingen has to pay a visitor's tax for the Lake Constance Card to the city (April - October: €4.10/day, November - March €3.20/day). Please complete the online registration before arrival. We will send you the link to this. We collect the visitor's tax from you upon arrival. Here you will also receive the Bodenseecard directly. With the Bodenseecard you get numerous discounts and can use the bus and train for free.
