Beautiful room of 11m2, in an 18th century building in the heart of the Ecusson, historic center of Montpellier. The apartment 100m2 is spacious, very bright, renovated to new while retaining the charm of the old, with 3 meters of height under ceiling. Located 100m from the Place de la Comédie, ideally located to access the old Montpellier, the new districts, or take the tram to Carnon & the sea. The space The window of the room overlooks the rue du Cygne, which is not very busy. An office is available in the room, as well as a dressing room allowing a good installation even for an intermediate or long stay. Wifi is available throughout the apartment including the bedroom. The apartment of 100m2 is of old style, decorative mix stone, wood and metal. Very nice (at least from my point of view:D!) A set of keys will be provided to access the apartment. No lock on the door of the room yet, but of course I will not enter the room if rented, except at the request of the visitor. Guest access The bathroom, with washing machine & dryer, is shared, with provision of towels. The kitchen is shared, with provision of fridge space, access to equipment including dishwasher. During your stay The arrival and departure times listed are indicative, and can be adapted according to your needs and my availability, depending on the days of the week, the idea being to make life as easy as possible.
