We wanted to recreate our little urban jungle, starting with the large outdoor mural that represents and identifies us! Small details frame a familiar and welcoming context: wallpapers, wooden parquet, natural light, large windows with motorized shutters. Particular attention has been given to environmental sustainability and energy saving: from solar panels to modular heating, in a plastic-free and as environmentally friendly as possible context. The entire building is accessible to people with reduced mobility. In particular, this apartment, perfect for accommodating a family or a group of friends, has a bathroom perfectly equipped for people with disabilities. Guest access "Da Coco" is a new facility entirely dedicated to welcoming visitors to our city. Guests of the Lilium apartment will have the apartment and the living terrace at their exclusive disposal. The garden is shared with other guests. Other things to note Upon arrival, a valid ID will be required for registration and for the signing of the tourist rental agreement. Local regulations also require the payment of a tourist tax of €1.00 per person per day, which will be requested at check-in.
