The space The condominium name is The Viceroy, along Florence Way, McKinley Hill. Our place is a one-bedroom condominium with a cozy queen-size bed, and an additional full-size sofabed at the living room. The unit is ideal for 2 guests, with a functional kitchen, fast wifi connection and a full bathroom with heater. It has an awesome view of an urban, natural landscape with a shower of natural lights coming through the living room and the bedroom. The design is modern and yet contemporary. Its location at the heart of McKinley Hill is right across the Venice Piazza Grand Canal Mall, where restaurants, a quaint shopping area, and the famous Grand Canal may be found. It is a 10-minute drive to BGC, 15 minutes to Ayala Makati and 20 minutes from NAIA Airport terminals. Guest access Please present your passport or a local ID at check-in. Note that only registered guests are permitted on the property, for the comfort and security of our guests and residents. To ensure smooth check-in, please send us the complete list of official guests after booking, at least 3 days prior to arrival. Standard check-in time is 3PM. Standard check-out time is 12noon. Thank you! Other things to note The place is right across the Venice Piazza Grand Canal Mall and close to grocery stores, ATM machines, David's Salon, and a massage spa. Easy access to laundromat at the basement and taxi.
