Later, stroll to the markets, or to the countless number of superb eateries; then go get cozy in one of Bondi’s many cool bars. You’ve just found the perfect spot! The space Without crossing a road, you are on Australia’s world famous Bondi Beach in the blink of an eye. Our uber cool and bright two bedroom home with a beach view is in a secure child friendly low noise complex, nestled in the locals haven of North Bondi. Here, up to three of you are situated in a relaxed and quiet village atmosphere, but all still just a stone’s throw from the hustle and bustle. With choice aplenty, you can immerse yourself amongst the beautiful crowd, hanging out at what’s locally known as the ‘grassy knoll’. Or you can saunter along the esplanade, dropping in to people watch & mingle at the best local bars with a view - it’s up to you! One bedroom has a beautifully comfy king sized bed, while the other is dual purpose study/2nd bedroom with a king single bed. A big, open plan living space houses an equally big flat screen television with Blu-ray DVD player and a fully equipped gas kitchen. And should the need arise, there’s a work desk and super fast broadband wifi. The bathroom has a fully functioning bath and shower, floating vanity unit with big sink and toilet. And there is plenty of shelf space for your sun block too! All the windows are European styled double glazed tilt and turn, meaning full noise and temperature block-out. The shutters are also European and snugly fit into the window space. Guest access The apartment door entry keypad is activated by pressing your palm on the black reader to ‘wake it up’. Once activated simply enter the code we’ve provided and press the unlock button (bottom right hand lock symbol). Then turn the silver knob and push. You’re in. Once in enjoy full access to everything in our place, but please don’t move any big furniture around, and please return anything borrowed at the end of your stay. There is a separate laundry room accessible from outside, with your own dedicated front loading washing machine. Other things to note This is a low noise apartment complex of predominantly owner-occupiers. If you're looking to party, we encourage you to look elsewhere. Our place is best suited for young families or professional couples. There is no onsite parking. The closest unrestricted parking is a few streets further north – Wallis Pde, Hastings Pde, Military Rd (beyond the North Bondi bus terminal). There are also 2hr parking zones in Bay St and Brighton Blvde. 30min to 1hr zones are also available in our street. My recommendation: unload your requirements, drive to an unrestricted area, and live car free for the weekend. We don't mind if you or your guests smoke.
