BnB Bird's Nest: House with 5 rooms. All rooms have a seat or terrace or balcony in wonderfully relaxing nature and tranquillity. DIRECT bus to BASEL CENTRE 19 min! (free). /10 minutes by car!/ 20 minutes by bike. 2 parking spaces for free, more can be rented: 5.-/Auto/Nacht. Minibus 10.- Wi-Fi BnB kitchen Suitable for several nights and groups belonging together. Individual nights with special regulation only. The space Romantic, surrounded by nature, and yet only 19 minutes by direct bus to the city centre (Spalentor) of Basel! The 5 rooms are very comfortably furnished with quality mattresses/duvets, good reading lamps and pretty, antique wooden furniture. There are sometimes deer, badgers and storks in the natural and wild garden. At night, you can listen to the tawny owl and the nightingale. The B&B has a separate entrance and its own B&B kitchen, separate from ours, for you to cook for yourself. It is therefore ideal for several days and/or families/groups/courses. There are always free parking spaces right in front of the house. We live in the house next door with our three children. Free tea and Nescafé to make yourself in a bright, friendly lounge with a sofa, armchair and small table. Direct bus connection to the centre of Basel!: 3 minutes' walk to the ENGEHOLLEWEG stop & 19 minutes by bus (33) to SCHIFFLÄNDTE/city centre/Marktplatz. 10 minutes by car. 20 minutes by bike. To the SBB TRAIN STATION: 3 minutes' walk to the STEGMÜHLEWEG stop & 15 minutes by bus (33) to the SCHÜTZENHAUS stop. Change here to tram (1 or 8) for 5 minutes to the BAHNHOF SBB stop. By car, 11 minutes. By bike, 20 minutes. Guest access Included: free tea and Nescafé to make yourself all the time. Nespresso 1.50.- snacks for purchase. Includes small lounge with sofa,armchair and table. Included kitchen. Includes WiFi. Included bed linen/terry towels. Includes hair dryer and soap. EXTRA: 2 parking spaces are free, more can be rented: Parking right in front of the house: 5.-/Auto/Nacht. Minibus 10.- 35-litre rubbish bags are subject to a fee in Switzerland: CHF 2.60 per 35 litres! 5.20 CHF for large bags! The price includes 3 bags of 35 litres each per week. 1 bag included for 2 nights. The bag can be placed by the roadside on Monday morning and Thursday morning. It will then be collected. Other things to note We do not charge cleaning fees for the kitchen if left tidy. We therefore ask you to supply all dishes, pans, cutlery, etc.. clean and dry in the cabinets before returning the house. For longer stays, please return old glass/ cans at public collection points, pet in the shopping center. On request, our cleaning staff can cover this for you for a fee. For short stays of 1-2 nights, we can take care of this for you). For waste disposal, see access for guests. Cooking with additional people not living with us only sometimes possible and with prior agreement.
