VILLA REGINA "PICCHE" The home for your vacation

Villa Regina is located in Valtiberina, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, a strategic position for visiting wonderful, historical, cultural and spiritual places. The large apartment at your disposal will allow you to experience a relaxing, quiet and peaceful vacation. Nearby you will find a restaurant/pizzeria, supermarket, bar/pub and sports facility. If you love nature, you will find nearby hiking or mountain biking trails, such as the Cammino di San Francesco trail. The space The apartment, at your complete disposal, is located to the left of the Villa, on the ground floor; it has all the amenities and also has a storage room with a washing machine and an external porch with a small table. Upon request, it is possible to combine the 2 beds to make a double bed. Looking out from the terrace, you can admire the verdant Umbrian-Tuscan hills. Outside, Villa Regina is surrounded on three sides by a garden, while the swimming pool with barbecue and solarium is located in the back. The outdoor spaces, all fenced, are shared with the guests of the other apartment of Villa Regina. There is a private parking lot. As of January 2026, the Municipality has introduced an accommodation tax (€1.50) for the first 5 days and for guests over 12, which must be paid in cash to the host upon arrival at the property. Guest access You can move around, with extreme privacy, in your apartment; but also freely in the shared outdoor areas: garden and swimming pool (open from early June).
