This is a real everyday living apartment. We made for our summers since we live abroad and we just finished renovating it in July 2015. We decided to share it since we find a real pity to left it unhabited more than 10 months a year Guest access You can access all the apartment. You can use everything. Your kids, if any, can play with our daughter toys at the obvious condition that they put them back where they find them after. The only not accessible part is the private locked wine cellar. Other things to note There is everything for make your stay comfortable. You just need to bring with you your personal toilette staff (tootbrush etc.), your clothes (we cannot provide them :) ) and beach towels, buy your food at the supermarket or the grocery store down the building and that's pretty much all.
