Hello and welcome to our listing. We are a farming couple and own a large and nice family home. We live there and we appreciate sharing it and communicating our love for our land and our profession. You will discover a quiet and peaceful place and very pretty landscapes... Half of the house is therefore at your disposal (about 150 m2) and our house is surrounded by green meadows where it is nice to stroll and relax The space We'll be delighted to welcome you to our large house dating back to 1831. We rent you about 150 m2 and with large outdoor spaces; it is an entire accommodation within another accommodation since you will have your independent entrance, your kitchen, your large living room, your bedrooms as well as a large bathroom and toilet. All served by a staircase and common corridors. We would like to point out that all rented rooms are for your exclusive use. 5 bedrooms are at your disposal but a supplement is requested/traveler/night beyond 4 travelers. Bathroom/toilet can be made available in addition We are very friendly and love aperitifs with friends and family; we love to introduce our terroir and especially Laguiole cheese and Aligot! If you're interested in farm life, we'll be happy to show you around our charming dairy farm. You can meet cows, calves, chickens as well as a dog and adorable little cats! See you soon for a little immersion in farm life, if you wish!!!! Small clarification: Our small animals do not come into the house!!! If you wish, we can prepare a farm milk breakfast for an extra fee Guest access You will have access to a large part of the house, including half of the 50 m2 ground floor: with living room + fully equipped kitchen. A common corridor and staircase gives access to the 1st floor: with 5 bedrooms, a bathroom (double sink and walk-in shower) and separate toilet. An additional bathroom/toilet can also be made available depending on the number of people An individual entrance at the back of the house will give you access to a large garden with tables and chairs, deckchairs, barbecue, a slide and a swing for children. Compensation will be requested for electric car recharges Other things to note The Calleden thermal center, which had been under construction for some time, is now fully open again, and you can enjoy the thermal baths accessible to all and from 6 years old. We can prepare breakfast (with milk from the farm) if you wish, but it is not included in the price. (€6/day/person to be paid on site) If you have pets: cats or small dogs, there is no problem. You can bring them, but we don't want to have too big a dog inside (a cleaning supplement is requested when booking). Wood for the fireplace is provided. We reiterate that the hallways are common and that we live in the other half of the house (my husband and I)
