Description
Welcome to Paris. In a typical Parisian neighbourhood, outside the busy tourist areas but not far from them. Located in a beautiful shopping street. The metro is less than 5 minutes walk away and will take you wherever you want to go as we are almost in the centre of Paris, not far from the Arc de Triomphe. My flat will provide you with everything you need in terms of comfort. Transport is within walking distance. Please note that I only welcome single people or couples. The space Hello to my future tenants. I've decided to rent out my flat so that I can continue to do my reporting despite the economic crisis. You'll be living in a beautiful 62 m2 flat. It's located in a typical Parisian market where you can find everything you need for a good French home-cooked meal, but you'll also find some very good restaurants, clubbing and very chic bars in the area around the Champs Elysées, just 10 minutes from my flat, or the more upmarket Batignolles, not far away. For shopping, there's plenty to do in my street or those nearby, or you can find all the big brands on the Champs-Élysées. If you like jogging, the Parc Monceau is a 15-minute walk from my house, or take a Vélib (bicycle for Parisian users) and discover the famous Bois de Boulogne. Within walking distance, there's the Arc de Triomphe (5 mins), the Concorde (20/25), the Eiffel Tower (25 mins), avenue des Champs-Élysées, avenue Montaigne, avenue George V (10 mins), les Invalides (25 mins), the Grand Palais (20 mins), the "bateaux-mouches" and their tour of Paris on the Seine (30 mins), the Louvre (35 mins), Notre Dame de Paris cathedral (45 mins), the Hôtel de Ville and the Marais (55 mins) and Montmartre (40 mins). And if you don't want to walk, use the metro. From my home, you can take lines 1 and 6 at Charles de Gaules and line 2 at Ternes, both stations being 3 and 6 minutes respectively from my home and allowing you to get anywhere in a very short time. If you are coming by car, there is a car park on avenue des Ternes. The flat is on the 2nd floor without a lift. Don't skip to the next page, there aren't many steps ;) I'll come and help you if I'm there. The flat is a clever blend of the old and the new. It's a three-bedroom converted into a two-bedroom. A large 30m2 living room with a sofa that can no longer be used as a sofa bed, a beautiful entrance, a large cosy bedroom with everything you need to store your things and equipment such as Wi-Fi, cable TV (SFR) with over 100 channels, fixed telephone, speakers for your music, a DVD player... In the bathroom, I provide large and small towels and a small hairdryer. There is a drying rack if you use the washing machine. In the kitchen and hallway, you'll find everything you need for cooking and for the table. It's a small kitchen, but quite functional, thanks to the china cabinet in the entrance hall. The cleaning lady will come before your arrival to clean the house and take care of the linen. If you would like her to come during your stay, please let me know in advance and you will be charged 15€ per hour. You should feel almost at home and have a great time in Paris. If you have any questions, don't hesitate, I'm here to help you and if I'm not, another trustworthy person will look after the flat and answer your questions. My flat is for 2 guests but I prefer single people or couples. I look forward to welcoming you soon Franck Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. The only prohibitions are shoes, high hills mostly, parties, inviting strangers and noise and not respecting the place or the inhabitants of the building. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Other things to note I only accept couples or a single person. The sofa bed can only be used in sofa mode and shoes must be removed at the entrance. Registration details 7511700227468
