Private Room in a Classic Villa

ID: NL-00000365 Private room with bathroom in a big traditional villa. The room is on the ground floor, it has a surface of approximately 20 square meters and it has in own private bathroom with shower. The room has a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) The house is located 10 minutes away from the city centre of Lugano (by car or by bus) and 25 by walk. You can reach the bus stop within 3 minutes. The space The house has a big garden (1000 square meters) which is available to guests. Parking is available for loading and unloading only. There are three free parking spaces within 10 - 30 and 50 meters from the house. The price does not include the touristic tax of CHF 2.00 , approximately 2 Euro, per person per night (excluded who is younger than 14 years old). Guest access The guests can walk through the entrance and the stairwell directly to the garden from their room. The living room, the dining room, as well as the kitchen are not available for the guests. During your stay We are always available to help guests with recommendations and tips. However, we respect guests' privacy and space. Just look for us outside of the room or text us on the airbnb chat if you need anything. Other things to note For stays longer than one week, additional cleaning will be performed for CHF 25. This will also include the change of bed sheets and towels.
