Come and visit our beautiful Arild! A big, cozy house divided into two bedroom areas and is therefore perfect for two families or one big family or group! From the kitchen window you can see the ocean and it´s only 5 min walk to your morning swim. The space The House is 180 sqm. It´s an old summerhouse from the 1950s that was built out to an bigger ”around the year” house in the 70s. The house is divided into two bedroom areas and is therefore perfect for two families or one big family or group. On one part of the house we have one master bedroom and one room with 2 standard beds (90cm and 110cm). There is also a new renovated bathroom with shower. The other part is smaller but more charming. Old style with old wallpaper and cute details. There is one bedroom with two standard beds and one small room with a bunk bed (for children) Here is also a bathroom, old but very fresh with new toilet and sink. The livingroom/diningroom one the ground floor is decorated with a large table that you can sitt 10 persons around. There is a sofa and a fireplace. From this room you can open up to the garden and the terrace. And of course we have a barbecue and a hammock. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher. Upstairs there is a fantastic room with nice view and nice places to read a book, or watch TV (appleTV and Playstation). Here is also a fireplace. In the basement you can enjoy a sauna and shower.
