Perfect place for families and couples to relax. The free beach is only a 2-minute walk away. The nearest grocery store (Spar) is also about a 5-minute walk away. There are many restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors in the area. Free parking in the enclosed courtyard. The space Our apartment can comfortably accommodate 2+2 guests. Modern furnishings, equipped kitchen, capsule coffee maker, shutters on the doors and windows, air conditioning, fast wifi. The kitchen is only suitable for smaller cooking, e.g. breakfast. The hob is induction, pluggable into a socket. In front of the spacious terrace there is a well-kept grassy area. The apartment has a parking space in the enclosed courtyard. We have three adjacent apartments in the 5-apartment condominium that can be occupied at the same time (a total of max. 14 people).
