Second Floor - 2 bedrooms one with double bed and one with king size bed and en-suite. Wall mounted TV. Third Floor - King size bedroom with walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the entire property. Other things to note Ground floor : living room, kitchen, dining room, utility room and shared bathroom and twin room First floor : Walk in wardrobe. Room 1. Rooms 1, 3 and 4 are spacious enough to place a baby cot or extra bed. All beds have 10.5 TOG duck feather and down pillows and duvets. Non-feather bedding can be arranged on request. Champagne and flowers can be arranged (extra fee) and placed in your room before arrival, please just ask. Parking is available either on street outside the property or in Perma Car Park (SO14 3AR), appox a 1 minute walk away from the property.
