Free Parking for 2 cars The space the house is split level Guests have the top level with a shared living room, however the kitchen is not available for guests. I can do anything that guest would want from the kitchen. Your hosts are in the bottom level We live on site, down stairs and use the kitchen. Guest access All the top level, except the kitchen as I cook anything that is required. During your stay We live downstairs and use the kitchen as it is not available for guests. Other things to note The Beach at Karitane is 10 mins walk that takes you round the estuary or a 5 min drive. on your way you can pass the local store. Waikouaiti is 10mins drive from Karitane. Waikouaiti has a smoke house, restaurant. Also available is a Fish and Chip shop in Waikouaiti
