The house consists of a master bedroom and a second bedroom with two beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen offers everything you need to enjoy a perfect stay. The 12m pool is for your exclusive use The space The space is very large, bright and furnished in a classic style. The rooms are large and all equipped with air conditioning, a wardrobe with clothes hangers and a bedside table. The bathroom is cozy, has both a shower and a bathtub. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, kettle, coffee maker and pots and cutlery. Upon arrival, you will find oil, salt and other spices in a pantry at your disposal for your stay. There is a garage with a covered parking space. Outside there is a 12m x 7m swimming pool, equipped with a diving board, the height ranges from 1.50m to 3.00m, next to the pool there is an outdoor changing room with attached services. The outdoor pool will be closed from 09/10 to 23/04, while the whirlpool can also be used in the winter season. There is also a ping-pong table and a foosball table to entertain even the little ones. Guest access The house is located on the first floor and is for the exclusive use of the guest, as is the swimming pool, the porch and the outdoor dressing room. On the ground floor there is a small apartment where the owner's mother resides, with whom there will be no contact, there will be no places to share. The entrances are independent and separate to ensure maximum guest privacy. Other things to note The property provides a housekeeper and pool cleaning service every day (in agreement with the guest for the most pleasant time) to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay.
