The space Perfectly located on route 2 of the National Cycle Network, Exmouth in one direction and Powderham Castle in the other. Just 5 miles to Exeter City Centre and only 9 miles in the other direction to Dawlish and the entire beautiful South Devon coast. Enjoy a level cycle ride to Exmouth on the new cycle way that have been provided. Surrounded by gorgeous country lanes ideal for walking and cycling. We are blessed with 3 pubs in the village with fantastic food on offer. One of the most picturesque pubs in the country "The Turf " is very close by with amazing views of the estuary and Exmouth . Exminster Marshes and the Exe Estuary are on our door step which is a haven for bird watchers and wildlife. If you fancy a trip to Topsham, well that is only a 10 minute drive or a 15 minute cycle ride away. Buses are every 30 minutes to Exeter or Dawlish and Newton Abbot and the bus stops are at the end of our road, so convenient! And not forgetting the coffee shop only 2 minutes away and even closer is the village coffee shop and in the same street as us! Guest access Access to a private garden.
