White Cottage- Country house with stunning views

White Cottage is a beautiful detached family house with a large landscaped garden, bluebell wood and wild flower meadow. We are located on the edge of Brailsford village, near Ashbourne, surrounded by open fields with uninterrupted views to the south across the stunning Derbyshire countryside. We are easily accessible off the A52, with plenty of parking and a secure outbuilding for bicycles. We offer a lovely bedroom with super king bed and a large ensuite bathroom. The space Spacious and elegant south facing room with super king size bed. It is furnished with some beautiful antique furniture including a mahogany wardrobe and chest of drawers for clothes storage. There is also a writing desk and a cosy reading chair with a light. Large ensuite private bathroom with bath and walk in shower, toiletries include: soap & shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. Towels provided and hair dryer on request. Access to a private sitting room with a dining area, tea/coffee making facilities and a delicious breakfast can be provided by arrangement in the mornings . There is a cosy open wood fire (home grown logs provided), fast WiFi and a TV, and don’t hesitate to use the games, puzzles, maps and books made available during your stay. Please feel free to enjoy the garden or set off walking across the fields to the adjoining network of local footpaths. Guest access Access is from the garden, through a separate entrance to that used by the family. The bedroom is on the first floor within the main house and is accessed up a shared stairway. It has a private en suite bathroom. Your sitting and dining area is on the ground floor, off the hallway and is separate from the family's private kitchen and sitting room. During your stay I will be available to welcome you on your arrival and show you your room. Other things to note No smoking in the house please. We have two dogs.
