The house was built in 1909 and gently renovated over the last couple of years. In the private garden, you will find a barbecue area, sofa group and a heated jacuzzi with seating for 6 people. On the main floor, you will find the living room and a fully equipped kitchen. If you take the stairs to the basement floor you will find a large bathroom which includes an indoor bubble bath, shower and a large sauna. The basement floor also consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed. The stairs up from the main floor will take you to the bedroom and an office (which can be supplemented with a bed if desired). On this level, there is also a small toilet. And from this floor you take the stairs to the top floor with a master bedroom with a king-size bed. Free parking is available in front of the house. We have an affectionate cat (Siberian cat breed) that most people with allergies can tolerate. He spends most of the time outside playing with his cat friends during the day and only visits the house now and then through the cat hatch. We are looking for pet-friendly guests who give him food and water once a day and most importantly, love. Everything you need such as bed linens and towels are available throughout your stay, so you only need to put your clothes in a bag and experience the beautiful city of Stockholm. Welcome!
