The ground level is an independent apartment that includes a bedroom (airconditioned), kitchen, and living room. The upper floor has two parts; the attic where the master's bedroom (fan room) is located and the lower part where the airconditioned guest room is located, together with the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Inclusions: * 1 basket of fruits upon arrival * 1 gallon of drinking water upon arrival Guest access This three-level villa is all yours for rent. You may access the stairs if you want to go down to the beach or have some photo ops inside the compound. However, you are not allowed to enter any other villa unless permitted or you booked it. Other things to note 1. The 18-hole golf course at Fairways and Bluewater Boracay is just a 5-minute drive from the villa. This 6,524-yard facility has a pro shop, locker rooms, club rentals, tee houses, and beverage cart. Players can always expect the help of well-experienced caddies and golf professionals. Since our property is located in Diniwid Hill, you need to take a staircase with more than 200 steps leading to the villa. 3. Please provide us your ETA to your villa or when you're on your way to Diniwid so that we can advise our caretaker or staff to meet you and assist you up to your villa, especially at night time. 4. Your safety is our priority, and we provide peace of mind with a smoke alarm installed in this studio. Rest easy knowing night security is on-site to ensure your comfort and safety. 5. To enhance your stay, we offer maid service for your convenience. The villa has a permanent caretaker. 6.
