On a residential neoclassical building in a pedestrian street, this suite is ideal for couples and business travellers as the perfect base for exploring Lisbon and its surroundings The space No shortage of space here! On the top (4th floor - entrance and hall) and over the top (5th floor 80m2 loft-style attic suite), this is a completely private accommodation, with real wooden floor and ceiling and the original beams. It has its own entrance, bathroom with shower, living room, workspace, closet and 2 small balconies. No kitchen, but does have a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine (silverware, cups, plates, etc, included). Supermarkets, grocery stores and restaurants are all in a very short walking distance, starting right at the building’s doorstep. The building does not have an elevator. Other things to note Sofa-bed for 2 guests must be required in advance. Washing machine is not available, but there are laundry shops in walking distance. No smoking except at the balcony and never throw cigarette butts and ashes to the street Not suitable for pets Parties are not allowed. Don't bring other people, it’s just for my guests. It’s a residential building so rest hours should be respected.
