Private Villa with Pool Garden

This is a single villa surrounded by garden with pool and lawn , outdoor kitchen including wood-burning oven and barbecue. There is a person in the apartment who maintains the property (garden,pool, solar station and photov) The space The villa consists of 2 elevations. The sleeping area is located on the basement floor with 3 bedrooms, one with private bathroom and another bathroom with a bathtub/hydromassage shower on the floor. The ground floor consists of a living room (where there is still a double sofa bed), a dining room, an additional bathroom and the built-in kitchen including an oven, stove and microwave and ice maker, as well as a wooden veranda with pool table. The outdoor area in addition to the garden has a 5x10 meter swimming pool with electric cover and an outdoor kitchen complete with gas fires, ceramic stove, frying machine, electric hob, wood-burning oven and barbecue. Guest access Our guests will have access to everything described. During your stay We will not be present in the accommodation even if in the apartment (in the corner of the garden adjacent to the outdoor kitchen) there is a trusted person who takes care of the garden, the pool and the thermal and photovoltage solar systems that you can still contact for any need. As long as we are also present in the city, we will be at your complete disposal to advise you on how to best live your vacation. Other things to note Ideal for escaping from the city chaos while still being in the city. Excellent starting point for any excursions both downtown and nearby with access to the PA/TP highway within walking distance.
