Description

Fully furnished and recently built house. You have an entire floor for yourself, a studio with small kitchen, private shower room, and other facilities. The house is near bus stops, bookstore (Fahasa Xuan Thu), supermarket, restaurants, bars in Dist 1. This is also our home and we are normal Vietnamese people. We welcome you with open arms and respect guests' privacy/space. We would like you to feel at home here. The space The floor plan area is about 50m2. The room is on the fourth floor (with staircases only). Air and light with big window. One double bed, wardrobe, bookshelves, writing desk, eating table, etc... Furniture collection in courtesy of Saigon Design Museum. Balcony: for smoking, or sitting for two. Private shower room. Small kitchen with equipments for simple meals, medium size fridge. Staircases are connecting the floors in the building is shared. Guest access Local knowledge. ;-) Other things to note For weekly and monthly rate, the price exclude electricity. To make it better value for money, guests have their own electric meter for their room usage. Price: 4,000dong/kwh (=0.17 usd /KWh). Based on past records, on average electricity for one month usage around 300 KWh = USD50/month (mainly for aircon). If you use fan only 80 KWh = USD 14/month.
