Quiet duplex apartment in the center of St Leu

Discover the pleasure of going to the beach on foot (2 min) and strolling to the city center of St-Leu where you will find a bakery, supermarket, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. This will not prevent you from being quiet because the apartment is located at the end of a small cul-de-sac. The space My apartment is a duplex and consists of a living room with kitchen, living room and office area (I telecommute from home 100% of the time). It also includes an extremely pleasant wooden terrace, decorated with some plants and a bench on which you can relax while listening to the birds sing! If it's too hot there is a blind that covers the entire terrace to protect yourself from the sun. Upstairs, a bathroom with toilet and a very pleasant and air-conditioned large bedroom, equipped with a queen size bed. The parking space is right outside the door, making it easy to transport groceries and luggage!
