Farm house right on the beach

Ideal house for those who adore the sea and agro tourism. Located inside a 9000 m2 farm that ends up right on the sea with a beautiful sandy beach right in front. Just 1.5 km from Astros. Simple house but spacious and comfortable for large families The space The first floor consists of a large space (living room, dining room, kitchen and a fireplace) with view and immediate access to the farm. There two bedrooms and a bathroom on the same floor. From the living room stairs lead to the second floor which is actually a large "attic" type room with a bathroom and its own balcony that provides a unique view with the sea in front and the mountains in the back. There is a second identical house (not for rent) attached. The whole farm is available to the guests. Guest access The house is located right on the beach called portes which is 1.5 km from the village of Astros. Astros is on the east side of the Peloponnese 159 km from the center of Athens. That is about 2 hrs 15 min driving distance.Should you use a GPS please ask for the house coordinates before you come or if you wish to locate it on Google maps it is quite easy. They show you exactly where it is. Access is very easy both by car and bus. In Astros there is a fully equipped and functional marina as well, so access by private boat is also available. The village is a summer vacation destination and offers all necessities to visitors (supermarkets, pharmacy, taverns, bars, restaurants etc) Portes which is the beach the house is on is a quiet area without the fuzz and the noise of the village just 1,5km away from it. The Moustos lake as well is just 10min away from the house on foot. Other things to note Our house is ideal for nature lovers and for those who adore the sea. You wake up in the morning and you just dive in! The farm is full of trees, mainly eucalyptuses and olive trees. They provide plenty of shadow in the hot summer days. If you have children you could have them playing the whole day in the farm and on the beach in front of the house without having to worry about cars and traffic. If you are a big company of people you can enjoy your independence without being disturbed by anybody while in the farm. You will enjoy beautiful sunsets and especially sunrises. In the morning and late afternoon the sea is usually very calm. The local sea breeze becomes more apparent in the afternoon (2-6 pm) and makes the whole bay ideal for wind and kite surfers. We must note here that the house is not the "luxurious" urban type. It is rather a farm type house. It is in a farm after all. It provides all the necessities however. Registration Details 00000425908
