Derby River Estate is a MTBers dream... right next door to The Dorset Hotel and 300m from cafes, bike shops and a 2 minute ride to the trail head. 5 bedrooms on two levels and 2 bathrooms will ensure up to 12 guests can stay in comfort and all beds can be made up as singles or king beds to cater for all sorts of groups. Secure, fully lockable bike storage will ensure your peace of mind and an expansive outdoor deck is the perfect place to relax with a beer after a day on the trails. The space Derby River Estate is one of the original and largest properties in Derby. It carries alot of the old town charm whilst still being stylish and practical for all sorts of groups and families. All beds can be set up as either singles or kings to cater for all sorts of groups. Please advise when making your booking. Please note: We are no longer dog friendly due to too much damage happening in the house and unfortunately people not doing the right thing.
