A very cosy house(40sqm) a few minutes away from the beach that is ideal for couples or small families. There is a big, lovely garden and a barbecue as well as all the amenities that you'll need in the house. It is also located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the main street, with free parking in front of the house. Kavala town is 8km away and there's a mini market nearby as well as a few tavernas. Other things to note Please note that the house is ideal for 2 adults + 2 children and is NOT a good fit for 4 adults. The 4th sofa bed is small and appropriate for mostly children/teenagers.
