Small house 200 m from the beach

30 square meter maisonette (WITHOUT garden). Close to Plage de la Résistance, in the small village of Le Vieux, located in Noirmoutier. Read the listing description carefully to avoid surprises. Check-in is freely with a lockbox, the code will be sent to you a few days before arrival. As a reminder, this is a house near a beach on an island (sand, wind). Despite a cleaning done at each departure, there may always be a little sand. The space The house consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet, a bedroom (double bed 140 x 200 duvet 240 × 220) and a "cabin" style mezzanine closed by a zipper at reduced height (STANDING POSITION NOT POSSIBLE, 2 beds of 90 duvet 140 × 200). Small terrace in front of the house overlooking the street. Possibility to attach your bikes on a ring. Linens and towels are extra (€20/bed). The coffee maker is a Senseo. WiFi can be capricious due to its location, beyond our control. Guest access parking a little further down the street. DO NOT PARK HERE DURING HEAVY RAIN!!
