We offer scooter rental on-site, and you can also use a reliable “Uber-style” taxi app for easy transport. HOST My name is Alan, and I’m the owner of Villa Casa Bella. My family and I moved to Koh Samui several years ago, and in 2020 we completed this villa with one goal: To offer guests a premium, modern villa experience at an affordable price. The villa was designed and built by the developer behind some of Samui’s most exclusive properties, and I’ve equipped it with all those little touches that make a stay feel like home. I or my villa manager are always nearby and happy to assist with anything you need during your stay. Guest access Rental of entire villa, 3 bedrooms are on the top floor. One single floor mattress available upon request. Baby bed/crib available on request (free of charge). Parking is available in the garage. Please note that the driveway is rather steep, and parking is also available on the street below the villa, if more convenient for you. Motorcycle parking is also available in a designated space outside the villa. Other things to note On arrival, you’ll find a welcome pack and the Villa Casa Bella House Manual, with helpful information to ensure you get the most out of the villa and the surrounding area. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING The villa is located in a residential area and is not suitable for late-night parties. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Electricity is charged at the standard rate of 7 THB per unit. You are charged only for actual usage—nothing more (see details below). A cleaning service is included for stays of 10 nights or longer. Additional cleanings can be arranged at extra cost. All linens and towels are provided. Soap, shampoo, filtered drinking water, coffee/tea, creamer, and other basic amenities are included. Swimming pool maintenance is included throughout your stay. The villa is centrally located but set back from the main road. A car or scooter is recommended to comfortably explore the island. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS What is the view? The villa is surrounded by other villas, landscaped gardens, a scenic valley, and partial sea views. What are the nearest beaches? Bangrak Beach is just a 3-minute drive, and the popular Chaweng Beach is about 9 minutes away. Many other beautiful beaches are within 10–15 minutes. These are summarized in our online Guest App for easy planning. Should I rent a car or scooter? Yes. As the villa is located on a private road off the main road, renting a car or scooter is recommended and is the best way to enjoy the island. Ride-hailing and taxi apps are also available. Is the area quiet and peaceful? Yes. The villa is on a side street approximately 400 meters from the main road, surrounded mainly by greenery and other villas. A small local neighborhood is located about 150 meters away on one side. Is there airplane noise? No. Flight paths do not pass over or near the villa. Why are electricity and cleaning charged separately? Some owners include these costs in the nightly rate. We keep them separate so guests pay only the actual cost, helping keep base rates fair and competitive. How much does electricity typically cost? Usage varies by guest preference. All air-conditioning units are modern, energy-efficient inverter models. • Minimal AC use (fans and lighting): ~100 THB/day • Evening and nighttime AC use (bedrooms, ~25°C): ~200–300 THB/day • Frequent AC use: ~400+ THB/day
