The house has 4 bedrooms offering 12 beds (2 beds 160, 3 beds 140, 1 bed 90 + 2 folding extra beds), sheets provided, 2 bathrooms (one with toilet) and a beautiful bright open living room/kitchen of 40 m² (connected TV, Nespresso, dishwasher). The entrance hall allows you to store bicycles and scooters. A laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board + iron. You will have a beautiful view of the Mataguerre Tower from some rooms. An enhanced cleaning process helps slow the spread of Covid-19. The property is completely non-smoking. No pets allowed.
