Entering the villa from its main door on the ground floor, the guest will find a master bedroom with a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom, as well as two bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a spacious storeroom. Additionally, in the master bedroom, the guests will find a sofa which can be easily converted into a bed. Walking up the stairs to the first floor, the guests will find a living room, perfectly combined with a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining room, into a single, open-plan space. Sea Front Villa can indeed accommodate guests at literally any time of the year, as it features a fireplace and central heating for the winter, as well as fans in every room and air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The verandas are spacious and offer a superb view of the surrounding area; every guest of ours has chosen the word “breathtaking” to describe so unique a view - be it summer, winter or any season in between! The vast outdoor spaces feature a spectacular private swimming pool (4.50m x 12.50m), which seemingly unites with the sea; a phenomenon you simply have to see. The pool is complete with sunbeds and parasols, and you can enjoy the lovely view of the sunset, while sitting by the swimming pool and sipping your favorite cocktail. Of course, for those who prefer the sea, there are two beaches, a mere 5 minutes’ walk away from the villa.
