The space Domaine d 'Ocreville is a charming, quiet family home located in the Eure Valley on a very large 1 Ha lot where a river flows. In summer, you can have lunch on a large table outside under the linden tree and in winter make a good fire. Guests can rest on the veranda overlooking the orchard. It is an ideal place for a stay with family, friends but also to go green for remote work (there is fiber) or to stay during a business trip. The large playground also makes it an ideal place for children to enjoy. The accommodation is suitable for the elderly (bedroom, toilet with handle, shower room) without stairs but not suitable for wheelchair users and therefore not labeled PMR. The house has a 3* rating for comfort. Listing also displayed on the website of the Seine-Eure Tourist Office and that of the municipality of Heudreville sur Eure. The grounds are enclosed. Access to the river is protected. Bed and bath linen is provided. On the ground floor: - 1 kitchen open to the living room and south terrace - 1 large living room with fireplace - 1 French door leading to a cozy veranda with a terrace - 1 large bedroom with relaxing beds (assembled or separate), TV and baby bed - 1 laundry room, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. On the 1st floor: - 1 big blue bedroom with 1 queen bed, 1 small bed and 1 desk - 1 big yellow bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 sink - 1 small purple bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be reunited - 1 sofa bed on the landing closed by a curtain - 1 quiet office on another landing, 1 toilet and 1 shower room. In the attic: - 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (2 of which can make 1 king size bed) - 1 dry WC There are some basic products on site just for repairs but not in sufficient quantity for a stay. The house is located 1 hour from Paris and the sea, 30 minutes from Rouen, 15 minutes from Evreux, 10 minutes from Louviers. Close to Château Gaillard, Chateau d 'Anet and Giverny Possible activities nearby: swimming in the river in the property, canoeing (rentals nearby or leaving from the house if you have your equipment), ponies for children, hiking, biking, fishing, climbing, nautical base, cultural visits... People can pass on the grounds to feed the ponies, take out a tractor or a camping car. Guest access You have access to the whole house and the whole property of 1 Ha except the shed where the motorhomes and tractors are stored.
