A comfortable, home from home. The room is on the ground floor and has a double bed but it can be twin beds, there is also a sitting room, kitchen and garden. Nestled between woods and fields with a web of great footpaths. Four pubs within walking distance. Parking easy, EV charger available, bus and train services on the doorstep. In the South Downs National Park - Dark Skies so starry nights unmissable. Breakfast as you want it between 6 and 10 in the Summer and 7 and 9.30 in the Winter. The space I will be at home usually. The house is efficiently heated and although there is no air conditioning the windows can be wide open to catch the breeze. There are multiple possibilities to staying here and therefore costs differ - size of party, number of rooms, length of stay. My hope is to make everyone comfortable and at home. Downstairs there is this single bedroom with the possibility of another single bed. Downstairs separate toilet and bathroom. Upstairs there is a large double room with a single brass bedstead.
