Llanberis: Peris - Double with shared bathroom

Ynys Wen is a Grade II listed property located just 5 minutes walk from the picturesque and lively village of Llanberis, in the heart of Snowdonia. Whether you have entered a local event or want to explore some of the activities now on offer in the Snowdonia region Ynys Wen is the perfect base. There's hiking, mountain biking and canoeing on the doorstep or the thrilling adventures of the Zip Wire and the Rib ride on the Menai Straits just 20-30 minutes drive away then back to a home from home. The space We can accommodate 4 and sometimes 6 guests in 3 double bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own tea and coffee making facilities, smoke detectors and Wifi. Guests will share the bathroom and the guest sitting room. The sitting room has its own door into the back garden where you can sit out and enjoy the sun in the Summer time. Guest access You will have access to your room, a shared bathroom and guest sitting room. The sitting room has a SMART TV with Freeview Channels, Netflix and other applications. You are also welcome to borrow from our large variety of reading books as long as you return your chosen book before you leave! We work full time so there may be difficulty getting access before 6pm on a weekday although we will do our very best to accommodate your requirements. We kindly ask guests to check out by 10am on the day of departure. During your stay We have been Airbnb hosts since October 2018 and are delighted to be able to share our home with visitors to the Snowdonia area. Our experience to date has been incredibly positive and we see it as a wonderful privilege that guests choose to spend their break/holiday with us at Ynys Wen. We endeavour to ensure that you feel at home in our home. Other things to note A second double bedroom is available on a separate listing. Bedrooms will not be serviced for short stays. i.e. less than a week. We have been advised that the postcode has previously taken guests to the Kent mountaineering centre which is about 150 yards away. Search for Llanberis Touring Caravan park instead and it should bring to Ynys Wen. We are directly across the road from the park entrance.
