Apartment located in the southern part of the city, in a small, quiet, peaceful and secure condominium. It is located on the third floor and has a balcony. There are 3 bedrooms (2 are equipped with a 140 X 190 bed and one with a 90 X 190). Linens are generally not provided. The accommodation has all the necessary comforts including dishwasher and washing machine. A private parking space is reserved for you. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Other things to note For the street festival period (from August 17 to August 23, 2026), the minimum stay is 6 nights.
