Bedroom with family bunk does not have a window, but has two exits to adjacent rooms. Made beds, towels and washcloths are included in the price. Baby cot/high chair can be borrowed if needed. Kitchen: The kitchen has a combined fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop with fan, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, mixer and toaster. Dining space for 4-5 people. A high chair can be borrowed if needed. Service/cutlery for 12 persons. The living room: Living room has recliner (armchair), sofa with adjustable seats and coffee table. TV 40". Receives AppleTV. Bathrooms: The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Hand soap and toilet paper are included. Washing machine soap is NOT included. Outdoor area: Outside the apartment is a cozy patio with garden furniture. Weber charcoal grill can be used. Coal is NOT included. Guest access The outdoor area below the house is available for our guests The area above the house with trampoline is also at your disposal. Boating: Boat can be used by appointment, but a boat license must be presented. Description: HR460, 15 ft, 25 hp, 95 octane petrol. Price is agreed upon. Other: Life jackets can be borrowed for free. The apartment has its own freezer in the boathouse, in addition to a freezer in the apartment. Other things to note The area: There are many nice hikes to choose from. Maps are available in the apartment. There are good opportunities for fishing in fjords and mountain lakes. In winter, there is a short distance to Ørskog ski resort, which has alpine facilities and cross-country ski track with lights.
