In the heart of the Aravis mountains, 5 km from La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand, 20 km from Lake Annecy, I am a young 180-year-old chalet….. Built in 1836, I was a simple barn to store apples and brandy. Then, I was integrated into a real chalet. In 2023, the chalet was insulated from the outside while maintaining its original character. All the windows have been changed, the bathroom completely renovated. The master bedroom and living room have been sandblasted. The space The chalet is located on a 1,300 m2 lot.
