Property has over 1.2 kms river frontage to Wyong Creek which runs down to Lake Tuggerah and out to the Pacific Ocean at The Entrance. Just 30 Mins to Shelley Beach, The Entrance and Toowoon Bay and 45 minutes to Terrigal and Avoca Beaches. All of these beaches are patrolled by Surf Life Savings Clubs. some are surf beaches and the others bays, safe for small children. There are 4 nearby golf courses. Golf courses at Shelley Beach and Magenta Shores have views over the Pacific Ocean. Magenta Shores offers an absolutely unique 18-hole golf course set amongst some of the most inspiring and un-spoilt surroundings on a pristine peninsular between Tuggerah Lake and the Pacific Ocean.
