For a relaxing weekend getaway with loved ones, an overnight get-together, or a holiday away from the city, our private resort is the perfect location to relax, unwind, and have fun. The overlooking view of Manila will certainly captivate you and the pool area will definitely make you feel refreshed from the stress of the city life. The space It is composed of a duplex that can accommodate 10 guests. The place is private and we accept only 1 booking per day. Refreshing fresh air from the garden and city view. Unit A- 1 single with pull-out, one single bed, double bed 48*75 that can accommodate 5people. one single bed downstairs where the kitchen is located. Unit B- 2 single bed, one queen bed 54*75,one single with pull out bed. We have mini kitchen to prepare your meals. Butane stove included(light cooking only). You can also bring your own Gas (Superkalan) if needed. Pool is 70 steps away from private resort. You'll need to walk on our beautiful garden first. Guest access The property is 10-15mins away from Antipolo Shopwise. One ride from Cubao QC. These are the nearby restaurants (estimated 2-5km) Burger King, Coffee Project, Chowing, Jollibee, Kuya J’s, La travieza, Lido, mcdo and etc. One trike ride to buy groceries at SM hypermarket. Plegase expect it an uphill road but good for any kind of cars. Back of Fernwood Gardens Antipolo. Other things to note Bring all the stuff you need as possible. For the safety of everyone, Gates are locked from (10PM-5AM). - Visitors are possible but we require an Extra guest fee 200php per head/day (up to 10pm only) and also need to provide a Vaccine card for COVID-related precautions. - No littering: throw your trash in the trash bins. - Please be reminded this is a Garden Home. Insects is uncontrollable. Please bring insect repellent for your convenience. - Respect nature: don’t cut down any plants. Leave other living things In peace. - Late check-out and early check-in are under approval depending on bookings with extra fee. Late check-in 7pm onwards additional 100php per hour to pay Staff's overtime. - Planning of any events like intimate weddings, baptisms, birthdays etc. We can offer other packages with fees for your convenience. Please contact us. We can refer you to our sister company. - We also require a vaccination card for COVID precautions. - Please make sure to turn-off Air condition and Lights if unattended. - We are allowing alcohol drink in moderation (Beers and Wines only). You will sign a waiver upon arrival for host security. - Swimming pool open 8AM to 10PM only. We allow extension as long as not to disturb neighbor to avoid report to Airbnb. - No eating and drinking on our pool area. Additional cost of Extra cleaning fee if caught. We provide table and chair on lanai area near the swimming pool. - Additional request like extra chairs,tables,rice cooker, microwave, butane; had separate fee.
