The space The house has two floors. Ground floor: kitchen – dining room, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with a nest bed), bathroom and garage. First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 with bunk beds) and a bathroom. All rooms are outside and have closets, hangers, linens, towels, and enough space to store luggage. Crib is available if needed. Indoor and outdoor grill Limited access to only the ground floor, makes this setup an ideal APARTMENT for a couple's stay, which can accommodate even one or two more guests (request SPECIAL CONDITIONS). Guest access The location of the house, and its large garden area, allows you to enjoy a sunset or a pleasant night in summer, enjoying the views of the valley, the urban area of downtown Viveiro, or even losing the view beyond the estuary. Other things to note For those days that the weather does not accompany us, we offer a large garage that allows you to enjoy a barbecue, make a large gathering or simply entertain yourself with a board game, not forgetting the possibility of its air conditioning for those winter days when the temperature does not accompany us.
