Forty Six on Burgundy: A getaway for groups

Built in 2020, this house has been especially designed for the adult get away. No-one loses here; four equal sized bedrooms, each with a super king bed. Living spaces have been maximised, and focus is given to creating an ambience of sophistication. With 8 metre opening glass sliders, there is seamless inside-outside living. There are multiple decks and seating areas outside, and an alfresco dining area. This house is suited for gatherings, and yet, is also perfect for a quiet retreat. The space Forty Six on Burgundy has open plan living, with polished concrete floors in the dining and kitchen . The dining table seats eight and the kitchen is complete with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a Breville Coffee Machine. To keep cool in summer, and stay warm in winter, the living space has two heat pumps. Provided for entertainment, is a TV and a music system, which has bluetooth capacity. There is also board games, books and CDs. The bedrooms: There is no master bedroom, instead all four bedrooms are the same size, and sport a super king bed. Each of the beds has the ability to break down into king single beds, and to cover the extra cost involved in arranging this, there is an additional one off charge of $40 per bedroom requiring the bed to be split. All beds will be set up as super king, unless advised. Each room has lovely linen curtains that pool on the carpeted floors, creating a sense of romance and peace. All rooms have a double wardrobe, fully kitted out, with drawers, shelves and hanging spaces. Each room also has a remote controlled ceiling fan, to help cool down on those warmer evenings. Whilst similar, each of the bedrooms has a personal feel, having an individualised feature wall, and its own unique bed linen. The two front rooms have glass sliders out to front decks, with swinging hammock chairs. The two back rooms have a full wall of windows, overlooking the green hedges that surround the property. Bathrooms: The monochrome themed bathrooms create a sense of pure luxury. Each bathroom has a large, modern shower, with the option of using a rain shower head, or a hand held shower head. One bathroom has a free standing bath, and the marble topped vanity has double sinks. The second bathroom has a single sink marble topped vanity. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails, and are equipped with hair dryers and hair straighteners. Laundry: There is a fully equipped laundry, with washing machine and clothes dryer, iron, ironing board and clothesline. Outdoors: Forty Six on Burgundy has a cleverly designed outdoor area. There are multiple decks: two smaller decks coming off the front bedrooms, each with a swinging hammock chair. The third large deck, comes off the living space, and has comfortable seating spots. In the yard, a pergola, houses a gas Char Broil BBQ and a large outdoor dining suite. Adirondack chairs form an intimate place for conversation, and a pair of sun loungers are perfect for sun baking, reading or dozing. We have an assortment of outdoor games to play, and there is access to two bikes. House guests will also have access to the communal recreational facilities, including the saltwater swimming pool, and toddler pool (open October to April); tennis court and trampoline. These facilities are approximately a 200m walk from the house. Guest access You will have full access to the property, and it is self check-in, using a lock box.
