With 7 units for rent designed to be exactly what guests need in this area, we offer an experience you just can't find anywhere else here. The space This recently-built short-term rental apartment building replaces one of the first family-operated guesthouses in Gangnam with a modern experience rivaling that of top hotels while maintaining the comfortable feel people have come to expect from us. Guest access This unit has a bedroom with a western-style bathroom, a workspace, and a small common area. On the first floor we have a laundry room including washer and dryer, should you need them. Other things to note To save you money on services most of our guests don't need, we do not include a daily servicing of the apartment, though you can schedule cleanings with us for a small fee. We do not provide parking at the building, but if you bring a car you can park it an the Nonhyeon Elementary School for a fee. Our place is set just off the best restaurant street in Seoul and only minutes away from the main Gangnam strip. We are walking distance to Gangnam Station, Sinnonhyeon Station, Garosugil, and Club Octagon, and only a short bus or taxi ride away from Itaewon. COEX is ten minutes by subway and as little as four minutes in a taxi. The co-working offices of Gangnam are ranged about within a short taxi trip or a nice walk. When it comes to location, you really can't get any better than this, whether for work or for play. There are 5 subway lines (2, 3, 7, 9, and the SinBundang line) within walking distance, and 3 different bus stops servicing more than 100 bus lines, including direct buses going all around Seoul, to satellite cities of Seoul, and to both Incheon/Gimpo airports. The nearest subway station (400m away) is Sinnonhyeon Station on line 9. It takes less than 5 minutes on foot. Nonhyeon Station on line 7 is about 500m away, or 7 minutes on foot. Sinsa station and Gangnam station are both about 1.2km/ 0.7mi away as well. The nearest bus stop, Nonhyeon, is 1 minute (150m/500ft) away, servicing 50 bus lines including a buses connecting directly to Incheon/Gimpo airports, Myeongdong, Hongdae, Dongdaemun, and anywhere else important.
