85 square meters penthouse flat with balcony facing west, with everything you need for a great stay in Oslo. Walking distance to shops, theatre, cinema and the bustling Grünerløkka, Oslo's most vibrant area. The area is very quiet, we have a wonderful view, and you can park for free in the basement. Take the elevator straight to our floor, and relax in our spacious sofa. The kitchen has everything you need, induction oven top, top quality pots, knives and all the spices you need. The space This is our home, so you will see our things around in the flat. This has many advantages. The cupboards are not empty, so if you arrive late, you can easily cook some pasta, and grab a glass of pesto from the larder. If you finish something completely, it’s nice if you replace, but you don’t have to buy salt, pepper, flour or olive oil, you will find it in our kitchen. The flat has space enough for everyone to find their place to relax. We have tv with a soundboard, and fiber wifi. You can operate the sound system with the application Tibo. Our building complex follows the municipal waste sorting system of Oslo. Food waste goes in the green bag, plastic goes in the blue ones, and general waste goes in ordinary waste bags or shopping bags. You will understand the system when you check out the cupboard under the kitchen sink. All three sorts of waste goes in the containers by the gate when you leave, the ones with a rolling lid. Tie the bags safely, to avoid accidents. Paper, newspapers and cardboard goes in a black basket by the dining table. Metal and glass goes in the fourth box under the kitchen sink. Avoid crushing your drink cans! You paid a deposit for them in the shop, and you get it back when you return the cans to any shop that sells soda. Guest access You have access to our entire home. The space we have left you for your storage is emptied.
