We are licensed guest house, opened in 1987. All of our standard rooms and triple rooms have windows, provide free wifi and with private bathroom. The space We opened in 1987 and we are on the 21 st floor. The residence is also fitted with CCTV surveillance, 24-hour security services and smart card access to. Our room types are as follows : - Single bed Room without window : no window, one bed (1m X 1.83 m) for 2 persons in a 8 square metres room (no extra bed provided) - 1.2 Double-bed Room : with windows, one bed (1.2 m X 1.83 m) for 2 persons in a 8 square metres room (no extra bed provided) - Standard Double-bed Room : with windows, one bed (1.5 m X 1.83 m) for 2 persons in a 8 square metres room (no extra bed provided) - Standard Twin-bed Room : with windows, two single beds (1 m X 1.83 m) for 2 persons in a 8 square metres room (no extra bed provided) - Triple Room: with windows, one double bed (1.2 m X 1.83 m) and one single bed (1m X 1.83 m) for 3 persons in a 9 square metres room. (no extra bed provided) -Triple Room with single beds: with windows, three single beds (1 m X 1.83 m) for 3 persons in a 10 square metres room. Room photos, which are all real shot photos, are for reference only. As we have more than one room for each room type, so the orientation, design and size may vary among our guest house in different locations. You may not get the exact room as pictured (depending on the availability). When booking 2 or more rooms, we will try to arrange you and your company to the closest rooms, but due to the actual room availability, difference of room types, and other problems, we can not guarantee you and your company are arranged in adjoining rooms. To prevent unpleasant experience, please think twice before booking . Guest access In your room, you will have: * TV * Airconditioner * Free wifi * Conversion plugs * Electric kettle(We also provide bottle water, you can purchase at front desk) * Hair dryer * Personal hygiene products (toothpaste and toothbrush, shower gel and shampoo), hair dryer * Slippers,clothes hangers, toilet roll * Water glass * Separate bathroom（with shower, 24 hrs hot water） * towels * The guest room will be tidy up and the set of bedding will be changed once every three days. An additional cleaning charge of HK$100 will be charged for any extra bedding used or changed. * Comb (you can get it at front desk) We also have a mini common area for guest chat and a balcony to hang up their wet clothes. The opening hours for balcony are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is also equipped with a refrigerator and microwave in lobby space. Other things to note -The check-in time is 2 P.M and the check-out time is 11:30AM. - We provide 24 hrs reception services. Booked rooms will be held for check-in until 11:30AM of the scheduled check-out date. After which the booking will be deemed no-show. No refunds will be provided for the no-show booking. If you check-out beyond the stipulated time at our guest house of your stay, we reserves the right, without further notice to you, to charge you an additional fee or remove your belongings out of the room. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings as a result of the action(s) taken. you need to provide a deposit of 200 dollar per room when you check-in, in either Hong Kong Dollar or Chinese Yan (cash only). Deposit will be refunded fully if there is not any extra fee or compensation (including fees for late check-out, damage items or extra cleaning cost and so on) needed to be charged. It is free to for luggage storage at the front desk. Luggage storage is available only for guests currently staying with our guest house to store their luggage or other personal belongings before check-in or after check-out, at the guest house’s option. Overnight storage is not allowed. Should your luggage or item remain unclaimed upon expiry of the maximum storage period allowed, We reserves the absolute right and discretion to either continue storing the luggage or to dispose of the luggage or item without any liability to you. You use the our luggage storage facilities at your own risk. We will not be responsible for loss of or damage to the luggage, the contents therein or your personal belongings (including any valuables, even if we have been advised) during storage or during the disposal process however caused and you hereby release our guest house from any liability in respect thereof. - No pets inside. -The check-in time is 2 P.M and the check-out time is 11:30AM. - According to the Base Law, smoking is forbidden in the area of the guest house. An individual who commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of HK$ 5,000。 - The guest room will be tidy up and the set of bedding will be changed once every three days. An additional cleaning charge of HK$100 will be charged for any extra bedding used or changed.
